Project Information
Serve as master developer and planner for a market driven, small business center for “small space users.” Today the former landfill boasts an 80,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, small business environment. Hopkins Business Center offers pure office and office/warehouse formats in its three buildings. A regional bank anchors a 10,000 square foot office building with direct exposure to Excelsior Boulevard. Each lessee space in the remaining two buildings has been developed around a 1,800 square foot module that includes both office and warehouse space.
