The Excelsior Tech Center is a former defense contractor site, located near MN 169 and Excelsior Blvd. in Hopkins, MN. It affords over 380,000 square feet of repurposed property. Core remodeling and improvement of the former manufacturing facility was completed in the summer of 2003.

The original space—three contiguous yet distinct buildings—has been modified to provide an accommodating mix of pre-finished spaces for executive, production, storage, and warehousing uses.
