The four story structure will provide 53 rental residences. These units will be located on all four floors. The apartments consist of three types of units: 31 one bedroom flats; 12 one bedroom + den flats; 3 two bedroom flats and; 7 two bedroom + den units. The overall design, common areas and shared amenities, such as heated underground parking, mail room, storage lockers, community room and club quality fitness center, combine with the ambiance of downtown for a special living experience.
