The Beard Group Inc. was retained by an affiliated private commercial customer to acquire and redevelop a strategically located but functionally outdated site in downtown Sauk Rapids, MN. Community leadership wanted a shopping center that would complement other commercial redevelopments; adding value and momentum to the overall community initiative.

Project Information
Work with city’s redevelopment effort to acquire property and then design and develop a 23,000 square foot retail center to broaden and stabilize the downtown’s benefit to the community and its members. Today’s fully functional Mississippi Crossing Shopping Center features six storefronts and provides key products and services to the Sauk Rapids consumer.
