369 total acres of raw land of which 122 acres are reserved as “open space.” In addition to the still lakes and wetlands, Clear Water Creek flows through the site. Oneka Shores is located at MN 61 & 165th in Hugo, MN.

Project Information

Master develop and plan between 790 and 823 residences for the owner occupied market. The mix will include 280 pieces of town home, condominium, and/or detached town home units with the balance of residences suited to the conventional single family. Town homes and row homes are projected for the denser, centralized component while conventional single family units approach the lake. Oneka Shores adds to and builds on the appeal and benefit of North Country living with the convenience of the metro.
