The Village at Circle Pines

The Village at Circle Pines is a multifaceted redevelopment project. Begun in 2003 and functionally completed in 2005 it literally resurrected what the project champions described as the gateway to their community. The Beard Group served the initiative as master developer for the effort. In this capacity they planned and facilitated multifamily and town home development; provided new commercial and retail properties; enhanced and repurposed adjacent properties and provided environmentally sound lifestyle features as a centrepiece for the entirety of the community’s redevelopment effort.

Project Information

Serve the community’s redevelopment project as master developer and planner. The Village at Circle Pines boasts 488,000 square feet of residential properties—representing 292 units of market-appropriate housing types—and 98,000 square feet of commercial properties in an uplifting setting that features public plazas, a parkway, ponds, paths, and fountains.

Village Shoppes at Circle Pines — A newly constructed, neighbourhood shopping centre featuring nine storefronts and a total of 14,000 square feet of customizable space with ample contiguous parking spaces.
